Paul Chae
Managing Partner, Chae Advisory
Paul Chae is the Managing Partner of Chae Advisory, an executive coaching and advisory firm that supports senior leaders through growth, transition, and reinvention. With more than 35 years of leadership experience across technology, healthcare, consulting, and industrial automation, Paul has held senior roles at companies including Microsoft, Accenture, athenahealth, and CarNow. His approach to leadership was deeply shaped by his recovery from a life-threatening cancer diagnosis, informing his focus on resilience, presence, and authentic leadership. Paul is known for combining strategic insight with deep empathy to help leaders navigate high-stakes professional and personal moments.
Michael Keyoung
Senior Managing Director, Head of North America & Head of Global Private Credit & Drug Royalties, CBC Group
Michael Keyoung, MD, PhD, is a physician, executive, and healthcare investor with over 20 years of experience across biotech, life sciences, and private equity. He is the Senior Managing Director, Head of North America and Head of Global Private Credit & Drug Royalties at CBC Group and the Founding Managing Partner of Portola Capital Partners. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Genexine Inc., leading global clinical development, raising over $100 million in equity, and helping create I-Mab Biopharma (NASDAQ: IMAB). Dr. Keyoung has also led Catalyst Biosciences (NASDAQ: CBIO), advised major global healthcare companies, and currently serves on multiple biotech boards. He holds an MD-PhD from Cornell Weill Medical College and Memorial Sloan Kettering, with surgical training at UCSF.
Sandra Schubert
Managing Director, Goldman Sachs
Sandra Schubert is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where she leads a team responsible for advising ultra-high net worth families and family offices, endowments, and foundations. She and her team oversee ~$5.5 Bn in client assets, and she is a member of the firm’s Advisors Council, a select group that represents the top advisors of the firm. Sandra joined Goldman Sachs after receiving her MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to graduate school, she spent several years in Asia and in France, heading the ELLE brand for Hachette in Korea. Sandra received her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School. She serves the communities where she lives and works as a Steering Committee Member of the GS Asian Network, Trustee of the Brooklyn Public Library, and a Trustee of the Korea Finance Society. She resides in Bronxville, New York, with her husband Peter and two children, Keala and Kai.
