The Council of Korean Americans Announces
2024 Envision Gala and Summit
Washington, D.C. – The Council of Korean Americans (CKA) is excited to announce the upcoming 2024 Envision Gala and Summit, set to take place in our nation’s capital, Washington, DC, from November 13 to 15, 2024. This high-profile, multi-day event will bring together over 500 esteemed corporate executives, cultural icons, and civic leaders to celebrate and elevate the extraordinary contributions of the Korean American community.
This year’s milestone events center on the powerful theme: “Building a Legacy of Hope.” CKA will celebrate and honor Korean American leaders and the pioneering immigrant generation who have laid the foundation for a vibrant Korean American and Asian American community to flourish and thrive. We will inspire action by showcasing uplifting stories, engaging in rich conversations about issues shaping the Korean American community, and challenging today’s and tomorrow’s leaders to make a positive impact.
The festivities kick off on the evening of November 13th with a VIP reception, “Night at the Museum,” at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Asian Art (NMAA). This special evening will spotlight Korean Americans and Koreans in the art world, offering a unique opportunity to engage with their remarkable contributions.
The main event, the Envision Gala, will be held on the evening of November 14th at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. During this black-tie affair, CKA will recognize four exceptional leaders who exemplify the spirit of courage, generosity, and service to the Korean American community. This year’s distinguished honorees include:

On November 15th, the Envision National Summit will convene under the theme “Owning the Game.” This full-day conference will feature prominent national thought leaders tackling pressing political and societal challenges facing our Korean American community in today’s rapidly changing world. Topics will include breakthroughs in key sectors and strategies for advancing representation in politics, media, and executive leadership.
