Zena M. Ho is a seasoned real estate attorney with a focus on real estate transactions and finance. Zena represents a wide range of clients from lenders, investors, developers, real estate investment trust companies, and private equity funds. Zena’s practice includes real estate finance, representing lenders and owners on structuring, negotiating and documenting all types of real estate financing transactions involving a broad range of real estate assets, such as multifamily developments, office and industrial parks, retail centers, mixed-use projects and hospitality properties. Zena also represents sellers or buyers looking to acquire or dispose of real estate assets, as well as operators and investors looking to enter into joint venture arrangements.

Zena is sought after by clients and colleagues for her real estate expertise and her ability to manage large teams, handle sophisticated transactions, anticipate and proactively prevent potential issues, and clearly communicate with clients and colleagues.

While in law school, Zena served as Chief Managing Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.

Currently, Zena is serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Korean American Coalition of Los Angeles.
