William Woo is a Strategic Sustainable Finance Advisor, Educator and Investor. Woo has 25+ years of experience in sustainable finance, impact investing, public bond/loan/equity capital markets, private equity/credit, venture capital and mergers/acquisitions. He is an Advisor at non sibi ventures, Greentown Labs, and he serves or has served on ten company and non-profit boards of directors. He has worked at such firms as Pioneer Investments, Advent International, and Oppenheimer.

Woo is a Lecturer at Boston University where he teaches classes on Impact Investing and Ethics and Value Creation. At Northeastern University, he taught the class in Impact Investing and served as Faculty Advisor/Investment Committee member of NU Impact Fund.
