Victor leads strategic venture capital and startup partnerships for Amazon Web Services (AWS). Based in San Francisco, he works closely with leading investors and founders building the next generation of AI companies. Previously, he was founder and CEO of TactileAI, where he built and scaled an AI consumer intelligence platform for the global beauty industry, working with companies such as Amorepacific, Beiersdorf, and LG. He later became a Partner at NAVER-backed VC firm, Springcamp, where he invested in early-stage founders building across consumer and AI. He graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a M.S/B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
