Stephen is a former federal prosecutor in Chicago who focuses on health care fraud. He was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Chicago area for 11 years and served as senior counsel to the Chicago U.S. Attorney’s Office’s health care fraud unit, and he has helped clear people who have been accused of health care fraud since going into private practice. He was a reporter for the Chicago Tribune before becoming a lawyer, and he writes and speaks about Asian-American legal history, legal issues, and Sherlock Holmes.
