Sandra is the President and CEO of ES Advertising, a Los Angeles-based full-service advertising agency specializing in multicultural markets. ES Advertising was recognized as one of the Top 50 Marketing Agencies in the nation by Agency Spotter in 2020.

In 2022, Women We Admire named Sandra Lee as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Los Angeles.   She was recognized as one of the countless women making a significant impact on gender equity. 

In addition to her professional role, she was appointed by the Mayor of Los Angeles to serve on the Board of the Los Angeles City Tourism Department and Commissioner for Los Angeles City Employee’s Retirement System overseeing and managing over 20 billion dollars of pension funds.  

She serves as a board member of Koreatown Youth & Community Center and the Asian American Advertising Federation.
