Richard C. Kim is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Finance Practice and Co-Chair of the New York Corporate Practice. Richard focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors, public and private borrowers, lead arrangers, and lenders in connection with debt financings.
