A NYC native, Rachel is a military officer specializing in defense acquisition, finance, and industrial base policy. She has served in leadership roles across Europe and South Korea, and most recently taught economics at the United States Military Academy at West Point, her alma mater. She holds a master’s degree in international finance and economic policy from Columbia University and continues her research at the intersection of national security and economics.
Rachel is passionate about mentorship, veterans’ advocacy, and Korean-American civic leadership. In her free time, she enjoys endurance racing and traveling.
