With over 35 years of leadership experience spanning industrial automation, consulting, and healthcare and software innovation, Paul has advised and built high-impact teams at companies including Rockwell Automation, Accenture, i2 Technologies, Microsoft, athenahealth, CareCloud, Personify Health, and CarNow, where he most recently served as SVP of Product and Strategic Advisor to the CEO. Across these roles, he’s shaped product strategy, navigated complex organizational dynamics, and helped companies scale in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
But Paul’s perspective on leadership was forever changed by a life-threatening cancer diagnosis and subsequent full recovery through CAR T-cell therapy. That experience stripped away the illusion of control and forced him to confront the burdens he thought he had to carry alone. It also gave him a renewed purpose: to help others lead with courage, presence, and authenticity—especially in life’s most defining moments.
Today, Paul is known not only for his strategic mind and business acumen, but for his deep empathy and ability to meet leaders exactly where they are. He has coached executives through job loss, burnout, reinvention, health crises, and personal transformation, often helping them reconnect with what truly matters. He believes the best leaders aren’t the ones with all the answers—but the ones willing to ask better questions, do the inner work, and grow with intention.
