Previously an investor with Sofinnova Investments and Illumina Ventures, Noel honed his investment experience across therapeutics, life science tools, diagnostics, and healthcare platforms. Prior to his time in venture capital, he was a management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting where he advised large and SMID-cap biopharma and diagnostics companies on a variety of strategic projects, from asset M&A to pipeline prioritization and expansion.

Noel received his PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from the University of California, San Francisco. Noel also holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and a B.S. in Neurobiology and Physiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
