MiSook Chung brings over twenty years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with deep expertise in human resources and total rewards. Until April 2025, she served as the Global Compensation Program and Partner Director at Micron Technology, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on the future of work—including skills-based talent development, global compensation training, and streamlining compensation systems to enhance organizational effectiveness and equity.

Prior to Micron, MiSook held leadership roles across high-tech companies in compensation strategy, building on early-career experience in operations, sales, and administration within startup environments. She is known for her ability to bridge people, systems, and purpose—grounding business strategy in human insight.

MiSook holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian American Studies with a minor in Ethnic Studies from U.C. Berkeley, and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, where she graduated with Welch Scholar distinction. She completed the Wharton Chief Human Resource Officer Program in September 2024, deepening her expertise in executive leadership and corporate governance.

She actively supports mission-driven causes focused on justice, education, and global development. For over thirty years, she has also led a small group in her local church and continues to value mentorship and service.

In her free time, MiSook enjoys golf, tennis, and skiing, and holds a first-degree blackbelt in Kuk Sool Won, a traditional Korean martial art. A lifelong learner, she values reading, reflection, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
