Minjoo Cha is Principal of 12 Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment and asset management firm. She also co-manages Spring Oak Partners, a diversified investment firm and was previously Vice President in the Real Estate Group at Oaktree Capital Management. She serves on the Board of Directors of Gyopo and the Board of Governors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Through the Cha Family Foundation, Minjoo and her family support education, healthcare, and Korean-American community development. Minjoo holds a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Scripps College.
