Michelle Lee is General Counsel at MediaCo Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: MDIA), a leading multicultural media company that owns and operates iconic brands including HOT 97, WBLS, and EstrellaTV, representing diverse ownership, content creation, and minority-focused talent and storytelling.

Previously, Michelle served as President and General Counsel of Stand with Asian Americans, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing justice and racial equity for Asians in America experiencing workplace discrimination and economic injustice through law, education, and community engagement. Prior to that, she spent 15 years as General Counsel of Investments at Portfolio Advisors, an alternative asset management firm with over $40 billion in assets under management.

Michelle began her legal career as a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins. She holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in Biology from Yale University.
