Michelle Lee is the President & General Counsel of Stand with Asian Americans, a nonprofit that advances justice and racial equality for Asians in America facing workplace discrimination and economic injustices through the power of law, education and community. Previously, Michelle served as the General Counsel of Investments for 15 years at Portfolio Advisors, an alternative asset management firm with +$40 billion in assets under management. Michelle began her career as a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins and received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. in Biology from Yale University.
