Leezie Kim is the Chief Legal Officer of Fox Restaurant Concepts LLC, a national restaurant group based in Phoenix, Arizona. She was for many years a partner in the national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP. She also completed four years of public service as a White House appointee to the U. S. Department of Homeland Security during the Obama Administration and as general counsel to Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano. She remains active in state and federal politics. Ms. Kim is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Rice University. She is an immigrant from South Korea. She currently serves as the vice-chair of the Arizona Community Foundation and the chair of its Audit Committee. She is married to Gary Restaino, the US Attorney for the District of Arizona.
