His passion for business owners stems from watching his professor father transition into a business owner to support his education. As a co-founder of ON Generations Financial, his work involves providing strategic guidance in areas such as business growth & transition planning, financial evaluation, and personal wealth planning. Keith believes in the power of entrepreneurial and creative dreams to transform individuals and society, and his vision is to build a company where giving leads to growth.

Describing himself as an “accidental” business owner, he is curious and eager to learn about entrepreneurship and leadership. His favorite books include Steal Like an Artist, Getting Naked, and Nudge.

He enjoys reading, playing soccer, and traveling with his family. Keith and his wife, Emily, have two children.
