Julie Lee, PhD., is a clinical psychologist, higher educational leader and scholar whose work bridges psychological theories with organizational and system impact.  Dr. Lee  currently serves as President of Harvard Alumni for Mental Health,a 501(c)b non profit,  leading national conversations around mental health equity and access.. In parallel with her work in mental health, 

Dr. Lee has built a distinguished career in higher education and academic leadership. She has served as a psychologist at Harvard University, Associate Dean of College at Brown University, and consulting psychologist to Brown’s medical and residency programs. A leading expert on Gen Z and intergenerational issues in the workplace, her research and applied insights have been published in Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, CEO Magazine. Her consulting work on people, culture, and workplace transformation has been implemented across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, including EMC, Boston Scientific, Deutsche Bank, Tessera Therapeutics, and Verizon. In addition, she has been featured in The Washington Post, the Business Insider, and  NBC Boston. Dr. Lee has a private clinical practice in Boston and New York and works with professionals, couples, families and young adults. 

Dr. Lee holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College, an Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University.
