Jim No is the Senior Vice President and Global General Manager, Dr.Jart+, at the Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) and is a member of ELC’s Executive Leadership Team. With over two decades of experience in beauty, media/entertainment, and consumer goods industries, Jim has held key leadership roles at prominent companies, including Sephora/LVMH, Mattel, and Disney. Jim’s extensive experience in brand management, consumer experiences, strategic planning, business development, and market expansion, coupled with his deep understanding of consumer behavior, has driven growth for the brands he has led.

Jim started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, working in the Seoul, Tokyo, and Sydney offices.

Jim serves on the Board of Governors and is an Executive Committee Member at the Seoul Foreign School. He served on the Board at Sonokong, Korea’s second-largest toys and games company.

Jim holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
