Jim No is a seasoned global business executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the beauty, media/entertainment, and consumer goods sectors. He has held senior roles at The Estée Lauder Companies, Sephora/LVMH, Mattel, and The Walt Disney Company, leading organizations through strategic transformation, international expansion, and operational excellence. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of Dr.Jart+ at The Estée Lauder Companies, driving the brand’s global growth and contributing to ELC’s Executive Leadership Team.

Earlier in his career, Jim spent 13 years at The Walt Disney Company accelerating growth across the United States, China, and Japan, including spearheading Greater China Corporate Strategy and major digital expansion initiatives. He began his career at Bain & Company.

Jim also served as a Board Member of Sonokong, Korea’s second-largest toys and games company, providing strategic oversight and governance during a pivotal period of the company’s development.

A committed advocate for leadership development and community impact, Jim is actively engaged with the Council of Korean Americans (CKA) and serves on the board of the Global Korean Leaders Foundation. He also supports the Seoul Foreign School community as a member of its Board of Governors, advancing its mission of delivering an exceptional international education.

Jim holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.
