Jim Lee is an executive leadership coach, entrepreneur, and organizational development strategist with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their potential. As Founder and CEO of B-SPOKE, a leadership development and coaching firm, Jim and his team work with global corporations, executives, and emerging leaders to strengthen leadership competencies, build high-performing cultures, and translate personal growth into measurable organizational success.

Jim’s leadership philosophy was shaped by his own success navigating traditional corporate environments, where he discovered that lasting influence comes not from positional authority, but from the ability to build trust, empower others, and lead with confidence and humility. Throughout his career, he has helped launch and grow businesses, business units, and nonprofit initiatives, demonstrating how intentional leadership development drives both individual achievement and organizational performance.

Today, Jim brings this experience to organizations including Honeywell Aerospace, GE Vernova, the National Football League (NFL), Blue Origin, Wabtec, and the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE). He also serves as a faculty executive coach for McKinsey & Company’s executive leadership development programming and leads leadership development and organizational strategy initiatives at SASE, where he helps create scalable pathways for professionals to advance from individual contributors into influential organizational leaders.

As a Korean American, Jim is particularly passionate about bridging cultural expectations, leadership practices, and communication styles that can influence professional advancement. Drawing on decades of corporate leadership experience and his work with Asian professionals and multicultural organizations, he helps individuals recognize blind spots, navigate organizational dynamics, and develop the competencies necessary to succeed across cultural and generational boundaries.  His vision is to help Korean Americans move beyond professional achievement alone to become influential leaders who build meaningful relationships, create opportunities for others, and multiply their impact across generations.

Jim believes leadership is not reserved for those with titles. It is a set of competencies that can be learned, practiced, and strengthened. Outside of his professional work, Jim enjoys investing in his family, building community, and traveling with his wife, Jane, and their daughter, Charlotte.
