PAFCO also has facilities in Boston and buying offices in Europe, India, Mexico, Chile, Africa, China, Argentina, Vietnam, Canada, Thailand, South Korea, and other parts of the World. PAFCO is among the most notable leader in the seafood industry.
Among her community work, Jihee Huh is an avid supporter of the Comfort Women movement – WWII Sexual slaves. Huh received a Congressional Service Award in 2012, for her efforts in the successful passage of House Resolution 121 in 2007, A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Government of Japan should formally acknowledge, apologize, and accept historical responsibility in a clear and unequivocal manner for it’s Imperial Armed Forces..
Jihee Huh served as the Past Chairwomen, and current Life Trustee of Southern California Public Radio, an affiliate NPR Station supported by the members. Huh served on the Board of Trustee since 2005, as Finance Chair and Governance Chair of SCPR. Along with other Trustees she helped guide SCPR to be one of the leading Public Media Institutions in America. Currently at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Jihee is serving as the Vice-Chair of the Saban Research Institute.
In 2017, Jihee has joined the Human Rights Watch of Los Angeles Committee. Huh attended the HRW Summit In Berlin in October of 2016. This past year, Huh attended the HRW Summit in Kyoto, Japan. Huh serves as Trustee for CAUSE, Center for Asians United for Self Empowerment until retiring this year. She is also the Founding Executive of CLVV, Community Leaders Vital Voices. a 501c4 Civic Engagement Organization. Huh helped Found the Chadwick International School in Song Do, South Korea in 2010. Both Jihee Huh and Peter Huh served on the Chadwick School Board of Trustees in Palos Verdes, California.
Peter and Jihee Huh established the Amherst College Peter Y. Huh 82′ Scholarship Fund, for API Students at Amherst College to advance their knowledge of Asia.

Jihee is married to Peter Huh and they have two children, daughter Amanda Huh and Son, Christopher Huh.
In her free time she enjoys playing the flute, traveling, reading and cooking for her family and friends.
