Solomon started his financial career in 1999 working for PBHG Funds in Chesterbrook, PA. He transitioned to First Union Bank in 2001 and held various roles including branch manager. He was recruited to Allianz Life as they launched a new broker dealer, US Allianz Securities. There he helped to establish the broker dealer’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and spearheaded its Multicultural programs. After a consolidation of all operations to Minnesota, Solomon left US Allianz Securities and joined a boutique life insurance practice working with complex insurance solutions and structuring large insurance portfolios. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Solomon ran his own successful life insurance practice.

Solomon serves on the board of the Korean American Association of Greater Philadelphia, Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia, and the Leadership Committee for the National Association of Asian American Professionals in Philadelphia. He is an active member of his church where he serves as an Elder. He lives in Blue Bell, PA with his wife, Betsey, and their three children, Joshua, Hannah, and James.
