Jae (or in Korean – Jae Chun) Kim is a go-to advisor for issues on Korea-U.S. cross-border investments and expansions. He works with various Korean multinational corporations and FDI projects, helping each engagement lead be prepared for what is next to be successful. He serves as President of the Southeast U.S. Korean Chamber of Commerce and Board member to drive the organization’s mission. He leads the CPA and Advisory Firm, Aprio, LLP’s Korean Practice as the Senior Manager role with over 13 years of experience in audit and assurance expertise. He has vast experience in bridging international relationships, with a focus on cross-border investments and economic ties. Prior to joining Aprio, LLP he had worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Deloitte, Roche, and Johnson & Johnson.
He graduated with a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Butler University, Lacy School of Business. Born in Seoul, South Korea, he lived and grew up in Zimbabwe and South Africa for over 10 years as an Expat family as part of Daewoo Corporation. He is now a naturalized citizen of the United States.
