Dr. Isabella Park is board certified in Hospice/Palliative Medicine and Clinical Bioethics, with primary board certification in Family Medicine, and serves as the Associate Medical Director, Director of Geriatrics and Palliative Care, and Chair of Bioethics at Northwell Long Island Jewish Forest Hills. She champions health equity for patients and cultivates diverse workforce engagement, while also overseeing clinical hospital operations and throughput efficiencies, and Quality Assurances. She is also an executive advisor and lead for Age-Friendly Care, she ensures comprehensive, equitable, and quality care for older adults across the institution.

Dr. Park has also initiated several innovative system clinical and operational programs, including a physician language referral guide that supports culturally and linguistically concordant care, and she founded Asian Bridges BERG—originally Korean Bridges BERG—which now boasts over 700 members dedicated to bridging relationships between Asian communities and Northwell Health. In addition to her clinical leadership, she is actively involved in educating healthcare professionals at the Zucker School of Medicine and Hofstra School of Nursing and Physician Assistants and serves on the Board of Directors for the Korean Community Service of Metropolitan New York, underscoring her deep commitment to culturally competent care for vulnerable populations. Dr. Park bridges institutional leadership with grassroots civic engagement, dedicating herself to mentoring physician leaders, residents, and students so they are equipped to champion equitable care for the most underserved communities.
