Emmalee Manes serves as the Project Manager at the Council of Korean Americans (CKA), where she directs the social media calendar, monthly newsletters, and marketing strategy. With a diverse background spanning professional associations, government, and nonprofit organizations, Emmalee brings a wealth of experience to her role. She has collaborated with organizations such as AIGA, the US JET Program Alumni Association, The Consulate-General of Japan, and the Nashville Film Festival to achieve their marketing objectives.

Emmalee’s journey into marketing was preceded by three years teaching English in Japan through a government program. This experience ignited her belief in the transformative power of organizations and their ability to create meaningful programming. Inspired by this conviction, she has dedicated her professional efforts to supporting causes she believes in, including CKA.

Emmalee holds Bachelor’s degrees in Communications (Journalism) and English (Creative Writing) from Lee University, where she graduated in 2016.
