Elliot Han is a Managing Director and Head of Technology Equity Capital Markets at Cantor Fitzgerald where he focuses on IPOs, public & private financings, and corporate advisory. He was previously at the New York Stock Exchange where he was the Head of FinTech and Consumer Tech Capital Markets.

Elliot also has experience in the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector as the former Head of Banking and part of the management team at the Argon Group, a blockchain advisory & technology start-up.

Prior to Argon, he led the West Coast technology equity capital markets team for Jefferies. Previously, he was an Executive Director, Business Unit Manager, and Operating Officer for the UK & Emerging Markets teams at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on TMT capital markets.

Earlier in his career, he was a corporate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (New York & London) and began his career as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Elliot graduated from Columbia University and completed his master’s at Oxford and law & MA degrees at Cambridge. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at Xavier High School, NYC. He has an active interest in long-distance running having competed in college and afterward semi-professionally (very briefly!).
