Elin Park was born in Seoul and spent her childhood in Korea, New Zealand, and Australia. She lives in Chicago where she practices law as a litigator and partner at Jenner & Block LLP. Elin handles business disputes and defends companies against class action lawsuits. She also represents companies in financial services litigation and construction and real estate litigation.

Elin has been praised by a federal court for her advocacy, and she has received awards from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and the Seventh Circuit Bar Association.

Elin is the immediate past president and board member of the Asian American Bar Association of Greater Chicago, a vice president of the Korean American Bar Association of Chicago, and a Signature Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago—the region’s premier civic leadership organization.

Elin graduated from Duke University and The University of Chicago Law School.
