Before entering the insurance industry, Eddie spent over a decade in global entertainment. He was the Founder and CEO of EN Management, where he managed internationally recognized artists including his brother, Eric Nam & Epik High. His work played a key role in bridging K-pop and Western markets during a pivotal era of global expansion, and he continues to advise industry leaders across entertainment and media today.

Alongside his brothers, Eddie co-founded DIVE Studios, a pioneering media and creative agency focused on Korean entertainment and global fandoms. With over 2.5 billion views and 7 million+ followers, DIVE is backed by Union Square Ventures, TQ Ventures, HYBE, Aglaé Ventures, SV Angel, 500 Startups, Goodwater Capital, TBT Partners, Bass Investments, Kickstart Ventures, and more.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Eddie earned his B.A. from Northeastern University, where he was a member of two nationally ranked Division I men’s soccer teams.
