Charlie is a nationwide leader in capital markets transactions run, having worked on over 100 successfully completed public company securities offerings since 2019 alone (including Uber’s $8.1 billion IPO). Charlie focuses on representing U.S. and non-U.S. issuers, investment banking firms and venture capital firms in public offerings and private placement of equity and debt securities.

He has been named Band 1 for Capital Markets – California and Nationwide (Charlie being the youngest attorney included in Band 1) by Chambers, a Leading Lawyer in Capital Markets by Legal 500, a Top 100 Lawyer across all specialties in California and a California Lawyer Attorney of the Year by the Daily Journal, an MVP of the Year by Law360, and a Southern California and San Diego Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters.

Charlie received a J.D. from the New York University School of Law, an M.Div from Princeton Theological Seminary and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
