Caroline Moon is a partner on Andreessen Horowitz’ Corporate Development team. She runs the Financial Operations practice, which focuses on advising portfolio of companies with finance best practices across all stages – from seed to growth – and sectors, which include consumer, enterprise, fintech, bio, and crypto.

Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, Caroline was the CFO to a number of venture-backed startups including Madison Reed, Optimizely, 99designs, and AdBrite. Her industry expertise includes consumer internet, ad tech, online marketplaces (C2C, B2C, B2B), and enterprise software as a service (SaaS). Caroline began her career in technology equity research, covering electronic design automation (EDA), semiconductor, contract manufacturing (EMS), and PC and disk drive OEM companies at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Technology Group and Prudential Securities.

Caroline is originally a native of New York City and a graduate of Cornell University.
