Anne Myong is a board member, investor, and advisor to eCommerce, medical device, technology, social media, AI, and retail organizations on finance, audit, mergers & acquisitions, business development, and corporate governance. Anne is on the board of Align Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALGN), Audit Committee Chairperson, a SEC-qualified financial expert, and a member of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. From 2016-2022, she was a Board Director, Treasurer, and Chairperson of the Audit and Finance Committees of Goodwill Industries International, a $6B donated goods retail and workforce development non-profit organization.

Throughout her career, Anne has led mission-driven public and private organizations through strategic transformations. Recently, she was President of the consumer business at a biotech company bio-engineering and manufacturing sustainable ingredients, flavors, and fragrances, and CEO of a fintech lender providing credit-building loans to the underbanked. From 2014-17, Anne was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Walmart’s Global eCommerce business during a defining point in Walmart’s eCommerce strategic growth and investment. She joined Walmart Stores in China in 2011 where she led a $1B financial services business, real estate, finance, tax, accounting, and corporate sustainability as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Anne served on Walmart CEO’s advisory board of women leaders and as a member of Walmart Mexico’s board of directors. Anne began her technology career at HP and Agilent Technologies where she served for over 11 years in various corporate finance and strategy roles in Palo Alto and as CFO of Agilent China from 2006-11 in Beijing during which time in-country revenue doubled to over $1B. 

Anne received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Economics from James Madison University.
