Andrew Park is Managing Director of Parkland Properties, a multigenerational real estate development and management company with more than four decades of operating history, leading its next chapter through modernized operations and new opportunities.

Alongside real estate, Andrew spent nearly 18 years as Executive Director of Columbia School of English. Under his leadership, Columbia became Portland’s first, and the nation’s 34th, English language program accredited by CEA, an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Andrew is also building in health and wellness across fitness, nutrition, recovery, performance, and longevity, rooted in his own commitment to training and aging well. He has completed more than 50 full marathons and two solo HYROX events back to back in a single weekend.

Community and service run through all of it. Andrew is a NetKAL XIII Fellow, active across Korean American communities, and engaged more broadly with organizations including the Portland Metro Chamber and Koreatown Run Club and churches in Portland and Los Angeles. For Andrew, real estate, wellness, community, and family come back to the same instinct: build for the long run.
