Jim No is a global business executive with more than 25 years of senior leadership across premium consumer brands and media and entertainment, with deep expertise in brand strategy, business transformation, and scaling consumer businesses across Asia and global markets.

Jim currently serves as Managing Director and Board Member of William Grant & Sons Korea, leading the Korea market business for a privately held British premium beverages company. He serves on the company’s global Senior Leadership Group.

Prior to William Grant & Sons, Jim served as SVP and Global General Manager of Dr. Jart+ at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), serving on ELC’s Executive Leadership Team. He spent 13 years at The Walt Disney Company across Greater China, Japan, and the United States, and began his career at Bain & Company.

Jim serves on the Board of Governors of Seoul Foreign School, where he chairs the Governance Committee, and is a Board Director of the Global Korean Leaders Foundation. He previously served as a Board Director of Sonokong Co., Ltd. (066910:KS), one of Korea’s leading publicly listed toy and gaming companies.

He is a member of the Council of Korean Americans. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
