IgniteNextGen Professional Fellowship Program

During our Emerging Leaders Summit back in May, we were excited to finally debut our IgniteNextGen Professional Fellowship Program. In partnership with the Korean American Coalition – Los Angeles (KACLA), we have developed this 6-week fellowship program for young leaders, students, recent graduates, and young professionals who want to take their summer to the next level.

Through our IgniteNextGen Fellowship Program, young leaders will develop key skills and adapt their mindsets for success in both their lives and professional careers, while also receiving the rare opportunity to connect with successful Korean American leaders from a range of different backgrounds and fields. The program will help fellows to explore their identity, build community and networks, and delve into conversations and workshops surrounding issues faced by the Korean and Asian American communities. We will approach public speaking, problem-solving, relationship building, and much more.
