Civic leaders on the front lines constantly face demands and pressures to serve our communities, often stretching beyond their resources and energy. The Empower Retreat is designed to offer a brief physical, mental, and emotional respite—a chance to “detach” and “go off the grid.” From June 6th – 9th, participants engaged in meaningful conversations while immersing themselves in the stunning nature of Flathead Lake, Montana. During this time, they enjoyed great food and found rejuvenation in this beautiful setting.
