Jessica J. Lee is a Senior Manager of Business Development and Services at Centrus Energy, an American supplier of nuclear fuel and services for customers around the world. Jessica leads multi-million dollar commercial negotiations and deal structuring for advanced fuel, from initial proposal through contract execution. Prior to joining Centrus Energy, Jessica served as an Associate Administrator for Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs at the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), where she managed NNSA’s relations with Congressional committees and stakeholders across the nuclear security enterprise.

Previously, Jessica was a Senior Congressional Advisor at the Department of State a senior researcher on nuclear policy, nonproliferation, and the Indo-Pacific region and held senior policy roles in the House of Representatives. From 2016-2019, Jessica led the Council of Korean Americans, where she led civic advocacy initiatives leadership development programs and built partnerships with community-based organizations, Congress, and the White House. Jessica holds a BA in political science from Wellesley College and an AM in East Asian studies from Harvard University.
