Previously, Sean was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on AI-driven transformations across the Tech Data Advantage practice and TMT sectors. He also ran an independent consulting practice, advising SMB companies on strategy and operations (e.g., Tucha, Gentle Flame, Drizzi).

Additionally, Sean co-founded Moss, a Techstars-backed startup building interoperable loyalty programs for Fortune 500 brands, with early customers including Decathlon and Carrefour. He also worked as a Product Manager at Microsoft across the GenAI Turing team, Windows 11 Experiences, and Windows Engineering Systems.

Earlier in his career, Sean contributed to the IPO of YETI while serving as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Sean also built a machine learning correction platform as a software engineer for Second Spectrum.

Sean holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College, with double minors in Human-Centered Design and Digital Arts.
