Dwight Yoo is a partner in the Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions departments of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. His practice focuses on capital markets and other corporate transactions, with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Mr. Yoo represents issuers, investment banks and private equity firms in public offerings and private placements of equity, debt and hybrid securities, exchange offers, consent solicitations, restructurings, M&A, joint ventures and insurance risk-linked transactions.

Mr. Yoo is also committed to pro bono service and twice received the Legal Aid Society Pro Bono Award for Outstanding Service for his representation of low-income tenants in New York City Housing Authority matters. Mr. Yoo is the President-Elect of and also serves on the Advisory Committee of Asian American Bar Association of New York.

Mr. Yoo received his B.A. from Yale University and J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School.
